CREOLE SHRIMP GUMBO 
3 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
2 cans chicken broth
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. thyme
1 tbsp. gumbo file
2 tbsp. Tony seasoning
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp. oregano
3 toes garlic, finely chopped

Saute onion, pepper, celery in 1 teaspoon butter. Add tomato paste, sauce with thyme, oregano, and chicken broth. Cook 1 hour on low setting. Brown okra and add to gravy. Cook 20 minutes. Add 2-3 pounds peeled shrimp. Cook 10 minutes; add file gumbo. Serve hot over rice.
