TABOUILI 
1 c. cracked wheat bulgur
1 c. boiling water
1/3 - 1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. lemon concentrate
1 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1 1/2 - 2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. cucumber, chopped
Garlic salt

1. Combine bulgur and water. Let set for 15-20 minutes.

2. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and let set in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Serve.
