COFFEE 'N SPICE PECANS 
1 tbsp. instant coffee granules
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
1/4 c. water
3 c. pecan halves, toasted

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add pecans and bring to a boil. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Spoon onto wax paper, separating pecans with a fork. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 3 cups.
