QUICK CHEESE BREAD 
2 eggs
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl beat eggs. Stir in water. Add biscuit mix, mixing until smooth. Stir in 1 cup of cheese, mustard and parsley.

Spoon batter into lightly greased 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 9.
