STEW 
1 lb. beef cubes
1/2 lb. Italian sweet pork sausage, sliced
1 chopped onion
1 tomato paste
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
1 c. diced carrots
1 can chicken broth
4 potatoes, diced
1 can med. size peas
Salt & pepper to your taste

Fry onion in butter until transparent. Brown beef and pork in butter. Put all ingredients in large pot, except potatoes and peas. Boil for 1 hour. Add potato and peas and boil until potatoes are done.
