2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams and juice 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 lb. butter 1 med. chopped onion 1 clove garlic, chopped 1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley, use less if using dried parsley 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce 3/4 c. bread crumbs, Italian flavored tastes best Dash black pepper Mozzarella cheese Oregano, to taste Melt butter in frying pan. Add all ingredients except bread crumbs and simmer 15 minutes. Add bread crumbs, spoon mixture into casserole dish. Top with Mozzarella cheese and oregano. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or microwave 5 minutes. Serve with crackers. |
