1 stick butter
Potatoes to fill casserole dish
1 pkg. Good Seasoning Italian salad mix

Peel and slice potatoes lengthwise (using fresh potatoes, if possible, get them from Bunny Brazzel; he grows them small and you can clean them enough that you do not have to peel them.)

Melt butter in casserole dish and coat potatoes in it. Sprinkle salad mix over this and cover with foil. Bake in oven for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Very good!
