GINGER BUNNIES 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. dark molasses
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1/3 c. water

In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the molasses. Add the cinnamon, salt, flour, soda, cloves and ginger. Add the water and mix well, using hands to mix if necessary. If dough becomes too dry, add another drop of water. Roll out on floured surface. Using a rabbit shaped cookie cutter, cut out the ginger bunnies. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness.
