1 stick butter
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Melt butter and chocolate together, add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Keeps well in refrigerator in a covered jar. Reheat to use.
