HEAVENLY HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk

On medium burner, melt butter in pan. Add chocolate. After it is melted, add sugar, 1/4 cup at a time. Add salt. Slowly stir in milk a little at a time. Cook until slightly thickened. Reheat in your microwave for ice cream topping.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
