HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
1 pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix milk, chocolate chips and sugar in 2-cup microwavable measure. Microwave uncovered on medium 4 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until boiling. Add butter and vanilla. Stir vigorously until butter is melted and saute is smooth. Serve warm. Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce. Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce, 2 tablespoons per serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
