STRAWBERRY CAKE 
Cake:

1 pkg yellow or white cake mix
1 pkg strawberry jello
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Combine first four ingredients and eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add strawberries and beat until they are pulverized and well mixed with other ingredients.

Bake in two layers at 350°F for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Ice when cool with Strawberry Icing.

Strawberry Icing:

1/2 cup butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup strawberries

Cream butter. Add salt, sugar, and strawberries. Beat well. Fill between layers and frost top and sides of cake. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
