STIR-FRIED TACO 
1 tbsp. oil
2 c. veggie patties
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. corn
1 lb. chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. honey
1/4 c. diced bell pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheese
9 oz. corn chips
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 lg. avocado, sliced

Stir-fry first 9 ingredients; cover and let simmer about 10 minutes. Stir in cheese and chips. Spoon over lettuce and garnish with avocado. Serves 4-6.
