TACO STIR FRY 
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped Cheddar cheese
1 (9 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn chips
2 sm. heads lettuce
1 avocado, sliced for garnish

Heat oil in wok or fry pan. Add beef and onion, stir fry over high heat until beef is no longer pink and onion softened. Drain excess fat. Stir in chili powder, corn, tomatoes, sugar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
