SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. milk

Combine beef, onion, egg, crumbs, milk, salt, and pepper; mix well. Form into about 24 (1 inch) meatballs. Arrange in shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole. Microwave, uncovered, 6 to 7 minutes or until meat is set. Drain fat. Combine sauce ingredients; pour over meatballs. Microwave, covered, for 5 to 6 minutes or until hot and bubbly. If desired, serve with rice or potatoes. Serves 4 to 5 people.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
