3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. raw peanut butter
1/3 c. hot soy milk
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. pure vanilla
1 tsp. sea salt

Add hot milk to sweet potatoes and beat until light. Oil baking dish. Mix honey and peanut butter and spread at bottom of dish. Fill with potatoes. Bake 30-40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 6.
