1 (9 oz.) bag croutons
1 1/2 c. milk, heated
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. celery, cut fine
1 sm. onion, cut fine
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sage
2-3 eggs, beaten

Mix all together and stuff into turkey and sew shut.
