CRAB PIES 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
1 can Harris Crab Meat (doesn't have to be white)
1/2 tsp. salt

Put in partially pre-boiled shells (about 8 minutes). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. These can be frozen and reheated but not quite as good.
