COCONUT POUND CAKE 
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour, self-rising
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 pkg. frozen coconut (med. can coconut)

Beat eggs and sugar; add oil, blend flour and milk and add flavoring. Grease and flour tube cake pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

GLAZE FOR COCONUT POUND CAKE:

1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Boil 1 minute, punch holes in cake and pour glaze over cake, leave in pan until completely cool.
