RHUBARB STREUSEL CRISP 
4 c. cut rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
1 stick melted butter

Combine rhubarb, sugar, cinnamon, and 1/4 cup flour and place in 8x8 inch baking dish. Combine streusel (last 4 ingredients) well and sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and serve with ice cream.
