RITZ COOKIES 
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chopped dates
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Cook until thick in double boiler. Put filling on top of unsalted side of Ritz crackers. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost while warm with any white icing. Cookies do not raise so put as many crackers as will fit on your cookie sheet.
