REFRIGERATOR PICKLES 
3 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. Kosher salt
4 to 6 onions, sliced
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. turmeric

Slice pickles into a gallon jar. Mix the above solution and pour it over the pickles. Place in refrigerator and shake once a day for 7 days. Then enjoy! For a lower calorie alternative, you may substitute 2 tablespoons liquid sweetener for 1 cup of the sugar.
