LUNCH TIME PIZZA | |
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (med. works also) 1 sm. can tomato sauce 1/2 c. oil 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 can green and/or black olives 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 1 sm. onion, chopped fine 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. garlic salt Mix well. Split and butter English muffins. Toast and then put mix on top and put under broiler until bubbly. This mix keeps well in refrigerator and also freezes well. Muffins can be cut into smaller pieces for hors d'oeuvres. |
