1 c. cooked cold rice 3 eggs, separated 1/4 lb. grated sharp cheese 3 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 c. milk Pinch salt Add yolks to rice. Add milk, etc. Fold in egg whites. Bake at 300 degrees until set, about 45 minutes. |
