SWEET 'N SOUR CHICKEN 
2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple with juice
2 tbsp. corn oil
1 green pepper, cut
1 onion, cut
1 garlic
1 lb. pork or chicken
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. Karo corn syrup
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup

Saute separately, using the oil, the pepper, onion and garlic. Then the meat. Make sauce using - cornstarch, Karo syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup and pineapple juice - mix well. Return all ingredients to pan or Wok plus pineapple. Stir constantly until thick and bubbly. Serve with rice.
