GRAHAM CRACKER ROLL 
1 lb. graham crackers, crushed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates, chopped
3 c. marshmallows, cut up
8 oz. maraschino cherries, cut up
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. coffee cream or half & half

Mix dry ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs. Add cream, mix with hands. Spread reserved crumbs on wax paper. Form 1 large or 2 smaller oblong rolls. Lay on top of crumbs. Rolls should be tightly rolled up in wax paper and crumbs. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

To serve, cut into 1-inch slices or bite-size pieces. Top slices with Cool Whip and a cherry.
