ROYAL CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 whole chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
Herb stuffing
6 to 8 tbsp. melted butter
Mushroom sauce

Combine flour and seasonings in paper or plastic bag. Add chicken breasts, one at a time, and shake gently, coating thoroughly.

Fill cavity of each piece with herb stuffing. Skewer closed.

Dip each side of breast in melted butter. Place in baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. Serve with mushroom sauce.

This recipe is really elegant for an impressive "company dinner".

CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE:

1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms

Combine all ingredients and heat slowly, stirring constantly. Pour over hot chicken breasts or you can pour it over turkey breasts if you prefer turkey to chicken.
