1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
1/2 lb. salted Spanish peanuts, whole

Mix in order given and drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
