QUICK - BEEF CASSEROLE 
4 med. potatoes, peeled
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 stick butter
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

Brown ground beef with onion. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic. Slice potatoes cross-ways in flat thin pieces. Layer in casserole dish, starting with potatoes and ending with potatoes. Over this pour the mushroom soup and milk and butter that has been mixed together. Cut butter into pieces and layer on top. Cover with tin foil and bake until potatoes are done.
