STIR-N-DROP COOKIES 
2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated lemon rind (or lemon flavoring)
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs with a fork. Stir in oil, vanilla and lemon. Blend in sugar. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir well. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Let cool. Frost.

FROSTING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Food coloring

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Glaze cookies.
