MEXICAN LASAGNA 
2 lbs. ground beef
16 oz. can refried beans
10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes
12 flour tortillas
2 bags shredded cheese
15 oz. can chili (no beans)
salt and pepper to taste
Tex Joy seasoning to taste
sour cream

Brown, season, and drain ground meat; Add refried beans, mixing well. Remove from heat; add tomatoes. In a 9x13 inch pan layer ingredients beginning with 1/2 meat mixture, 1/3 cheese and 6 tortillas. Repeat ending with tortillas. Spread chili evenly over tortillas. Then sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese is browned. Serve with sour cream.
