PUMPKIN ALA ROSIE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 box yellow cake mix minus 1 c. reserved for topping
1 egg
1/2 c. butter, softened

FILLING:

1 lg. can or 3 c. fresh pumpkin
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

Reserved 1 c. yellow cake mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Mix crust ingredients together and spread into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all filling ingredients until well blended. Pour over crust. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
