2 lbs. frozen hash browns, broken 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 2 c. sour cream 2 c. cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt Mix first 6 ingredients well. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Cover with mixture of cornflakes and butter for topping. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 15 servings. TOPPING: 3 c. cornflakes, slightly crushed 1/2 c. butter, melted |
