2 3/4 lb. tenderloins 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp., plus 1 tsp. fresh ginger root, minced 1 tbsp. garlic, minced 1 tsp. catsup 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Place meat in dish, combine honey and next nine ingredients, stir well. Pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate over night, turning once or twice. Grill or broil 25 - 35 minutes basting once or twice. |
