TANGY PORK TENDERS 
5 lbs. pork tenderloin
6 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. garlic salt
8 oz. Durkees Hot Sauce
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. pepper

Slice pork approximately 38 inch thick. Brown pork on both sides, on medium heat. Add all ingredients except hot sauce. Cook on each side approximately 1 minute, then add hot sauce, and cook on both sides on about medium heat, until brown.

Serves 6-8.
