CRANBERRY SNOW 
1 lb. fresh cranberries, ground
2 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. raspberry Jello
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits (not drained)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 pt. cream (whipped)

Cover cranberries with sugar and let stand overnight. Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water and add to cranberry mixture. Refrigerate. When syrupy but not firm, add remaining ingredients. Chill.
