FESTIVE EGG SQUARES 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked & drained
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. sliced green onions, with tops
2 med. tomatoes
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
12 eggs
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Layer sausage, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, and cheese in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Beat remaining ingredients; pour over sausage mixture. Cook, uncovered, in 350 degree oven until golden brown and set (about 30 minutes). Cut into twelve, 3-inch squares.
