SWEET POTATO PUFF 
3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk and 1/3 cup melted butter, eggs and vanilla in a mixing bowl until no lumps are in potatoes. Place this mixture in a shallow baking dish in bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, flour and 1/3 cup melted butter until mixture sticks together. Place on top of sweet potatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle miniature marshmallows on top and press into nut mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
