SWEET POTATO PUFF 
6 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1/2 stick butter

Mash cooked sweet potatoes and mix in butter, sugar, vanilla, milk and eggs. Put in 9x13 baking dish. Mix topping ingredients dry and put on top of potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
