SWEET POTATO PUFF 
5 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. pecan halves
8 marshmallows
1/2 c. brown sugar

Add salt to sweet potatoes. Mix in pineapple and syrup from pineapple. Place half of mixture in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with marshmallows. Add remaining potato mixture. Arrange pecan halves on top. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6 to 8.
