SWEET POTATO PUFF 
3-4 sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1-2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. milk
3-4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
Marshmallows

Boil sweet potatoes until soft. Remove skin and mash. Beat egg and milk; add to potatoes. Then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cover with marshmallows and brown in top of oven.
