POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. white sugar
1/2 lb. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. pkg. butterscotch bits
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. nuts
3 c. flour

Cream sugars and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Add vanilla. Sift flour and soda together and add to mixture; add potato chips, nuts, and bits. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
