CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
Main ingredients:

1 1/2 lb. crabmeat (lump)
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. onion
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. sherry
1 tsp. mustard (any)
1/3 c. mayonnaise

For the top:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. milk
1 egg

Heat butter and saute onions and peppers. Add flour and stir in milk. Add crab meat (it will thicken). Next beat your one egg and stir in sherry, mustard and mayonnaise. Add to the above mix. Pour in dish.

Mix the top ingredients. Smooth cream cheese, 1 cup of your Cheddar cheese. Melt butter and beat egg with milk and Worcestershire sauce. Pour on top of casserole already prepared. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in greased dish. Enjoy!
