DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth and well blended. Add chopped walnuts and chocolate chips. Put in greased 13 x 9 glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees (preheated oven) for 40 minutes. Makes about 28 to 30 brownies.
