3 c. flour
1/2 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. corn oil
1 1/2 c. honey
2 1/2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 half c. sm. pieces apple
1 c. broken nuts

Mix baking soda, salt and flour together. Mix egg, vanilla, oil and honey. Grease and flour loaf pans (medium). Combine mixture gradually, adding flour until pliable. Lay in apples and nuts. Bake 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve, taste better next day.
