1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. chopped nut meats
4 or 5 apples, peeled and chopped

Mix in order given. Pour into 9 x 13 inch well greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
