RAW APPLE CAKE WITH NUTS 
1 1/2 c. oil (cooking)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. nuts
3 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine oil and sugar, mix well and add eggs one at a time, beat well after each addition. Mix dry ingredients together. Add half at a time, beat well. Add apples, nuts, coconut and lemon juice. Mix well. Bake in Bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice or flavoring

Cook 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over cake while hot.
