FRIED OKRA 
Partially thaw frozen (cut up) okra, fresh is best.

Coat pieces with a mixture of cornmeal, flour and salt and pepper.

Fry in black iron skillet in 1/4 to 1/2 cup oil. May use non-stick frying pan.

Stir and turn often, until brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
