FRIED OKRA 
3 c. sliced okra
1 c. self-rising flour
Cornmeal
Crisco oil (1/2 inch deep in skillet)

Place sliced okra, cornmeal and flour in a bag. Shake until all pieces are coated. Heat oil until very hot. Fry okra until golden brown on both sides to taste. Drain on paper towel.
