3/4 c. pancake mix
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla OR mapleine
French bread, sliced 1 inch thick

Place ingredients in a bowl. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Dip slices of French bread in batter. Place in frying pan sprayed with Pam until golden brown.
